Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This position will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
 

Key Responsibilities:
   1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  •  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

   2. Employee Relations and Retention:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.

  • Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.

   3. Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems to ensure employees meet organizational goals.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues

   4. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  •  Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.

  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

   5. Organizational Development:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

  • Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.

  • Conduct performance management and succession planning.

   6. HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

   7. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification  preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Work Environment:

  • Office Setting: Primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally need to visit other company locations.

  • Collaborative Culture: Engages with various departments and teams to achieve HR objectives.

  • Dynamic Environment: Operates in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment due to the company's ongoing transformation.

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events, training sessions, or visiting company sites.
